Forest County Potawatomi Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by Forest County Potawatomi Foundation
Since 1999, the Forest County Potawatomi Foundation has been supporting our communities by assisting and enabling their efforts towards self-improvement. However, we know there is more we can do and that our communities have a real need to create a more educated and skilled workforce, and to make education and training more affordable.
To help address this overwhelming need found in communities throughout Wisconsin, the Forest County Potawatomi Community and its Foundation created a scholarship program for Wisconsin residents. Three different scholarship opportunities are available for any Wisconsin resident seeking to enroll in one of Wisconsin’s accredited Educational Institutes.
$5,000 Chief Simon Kahquados Scholarship
An eligible applicant must be a Wisconsin resident, returning or continuing student who has not been enrolled for one or more semesters, from an accredited Wisconsin Educational Institute.
$5,000 Delores Pemma Scholarship
An eligible applicant must be a Wisconsin resident who is seeking to enroll or is currently accepted as a first-year full or part-time student at an accredited 2-year Wisconsin Educational Institute.
$10,000 Lois Crowe Scholarship
An eligible applicant must be a Wisconsin resident and current high school senior who is seeking to enroll as a first-year undergraduate student at an accredited 4-year Wisconsin Educational Institute starting in the Fall 2024 semester.
